Our Library

Play is a child's work, and toys are the tools for play. At Mount Maunganui Toy Library we've got everything they need from manipulatives, ride-ons, puzzles, imaginative play, music, train sets, role play, and more.

We have been operating for 25 years and is organised by a volunteer committee of local parents who dedicate their time to make sure that the Toy Library is operating. Mount Maunganui Toy Library caters for children aged from 0 - 8+ years (we know big brothers and sisters still love our toys as well.)

Memberships

$30 full year membership + 2 duties (helping in the Toy Library). WE WOULD LOVE YOUR HELP! NOW $15

$15 five toy library sessions (ideal for grandparents, part time Mounties and not frequent users) NOW $7.50

Borrowing Toys

Each family can borrow up to six toys at any one time. You can borrow the toys for two weeks. If you love them, feel free to extend the borrowing period. Each toy has a minimum borrowing fee.
